Saket is an NRI based out of UAE with over 23 years of experience in distribution of various leading brands in the dynamic markets of CIS, MENA, Asia & Far East. The man known behind the success of many brands in more than 25 countries, he is a man on fire who feels passionately about creating an Indian brand challenging the global brands in design, innovation & quality. Fuelled by this vision, after the huge success of TeknoDome in Dubai, he made a foray into creating yet another brand – Elista.
With decades of rich experience up his sleeve and strategic direction as his strong suit, the brand is committed to bring world class quality for the world with base in India.
His team lauds him for his great qualities such as compassion, adaptability and decency. His mantra is to be driven by excellence - with his tenacity, vision and determination as the backbone, and strive to turn adverse circumstances into favorable ones and turn them into rocking success.
Ashok, as Business Advisor for Elista & its parent company, TeknoDome, is responsible for the strategic direction and planning for the company. He has over 20+ years of rich industry experience engaging with large multinationals – IBM, KPMG, Kaiser Permanente – where he held consulting, advisory and leadership roles.
A certified Black Belt champion in Six Sigma, Ashok has done his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. Highly experienced in Supply Chain Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Management & Business Process Excellence, he joined the TeknoDome Group in the year 2016 and has been the force behind transformational success of the organization. Known for his leadership, management / organizational skills and perseverance, he is playing an instrumental role in establishing Elista as a global brand.
Pawan Kumar is the CEO of Elista (a TeknoDome Group Company), based out of NCR, India.
He is responsible for spearheading the brand’s growth in India through smooth overall operations of the company though multiple category launches and will be defining its growth journey.
With two decades of rich experience in sales, operations and market development as his strong traits, Elista is committed to be the brand of preference for the customers looking for innovative & technologically advanced - premium yet affordable consumer durables.
An alumnus of the prestigious Jiwaji University, Pawan joined Intex Technologies India Ltd 20 years ago as TSM and grew up to become General Manager – Sales. He is renowned for turning around the market presence of Intex in the field of consumer durables & IT accessories.
Known for nurturing long term business relationships, Pawan is a go to person for his team and channel partners for guidance. An avid cricket & music fan, he enjoys turning challenges into opportunities.
Having started his professional journey in the year 1996, Ajay has come a long way, alongside enriching his experience in the field of Sales & Marketing, OEM Business & Sales Operations in various regions of India. While he has worked with various industries, he has had a long stint of around 20 years with Industry handling IT Accessories & gradually the Consumer Durable business.
Known for a strong pulse on dynamic Indian market, Ajay has achieved various organisational accolades for growth of revenue & sales growth during his tenure at Industry.
At Elista, he is responsible for sales & marketing.
Suman Prasad is the Director of Elista and has been the strength behind the conceptualisation of the brand in India.
He is responsible for global procurement and administration and has deep interest into R&D & innovation leading to global standards product development.
An alumni of the esteemed IIFT, Delhi, Suman’s greatest passion lies in unlocking the potential of individuals he comes in contact with. He strongly believes that in this golden era of opportunities in India, the biggest factor of success for our country will be our ability to transform our people into high performing contributors to the economy. With a varied yet rich experience of over 15 years spread across Apparel, Electronics and Education, he is driven by a visceral “hard-wired” need to strategize, innovate, execute and ensure that everything is possible.
Suman comes from a strong operational background having created a brand in apparel industry and marketed the products in highly competitive European market. Very passionate about well-being of communities led him to be on board of some of the Not for Profit organisations. The invaluable combination of being humane as well as operations experience stands him in good stead to be part of growth trajectory of new businesses. Suman is passionate about developing businesses which are also beneficial to the society. He is a sports fanatic and claims that he would have been a part of the Indian Badminton Team had it not been for fractures in his hand.
